Legacy Bank and Trust Company pens deal for a second location in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Springfield, MO – Legacy Bank and Trust has reached an agreement to lease space in the newly constructed WPX building located at 222. N. Detroit Avenue in downtown Tulsa, OK. Legacy will occupy the entire third floor with corporate offices as well as 3,000 square feet on the first floor where the Bank will operate a full-service branch. “We couldn’t be more excited to announce this move as it highlights our commitment to serve the Tulsa market. We looked at several locations in the area to locate our Tulsa headquarters, but none compared to this location. This is the premier Class A office building in Tulsa”, said Brett Magers, President at Legacy Bank and Trust.

Legacy expanded into the Tulsa market in February of 2022 with a loan production office, which quickly turned into a full-service branch in the Post Rock Plaza located at 8211 East Regal Place. Plans are to continue to operate in its existing location with future plans to build a new branch in South Tulsa, OK.

Legacy has quickly made its mark in the Tulsa market with loans totaling more than $100 million and deposits nearing $60 million. “We have been extremely pleased with the growth we have experienced in Tulsa in such a short period of time. This can certainly be attributed to an excellent team of bankers serving the market led by Nick Presson as Market President and Greg Wagner as Chief Retail Banking Officer, both of which joined Legacy Bank in April 2022 and have done a tremendous job”, said Jeremy Loftin, COO at Legacy Bank and Trust.
