Dusty graduated from Missouri Valley College in 2005 with a B.S. in Business Marketing.  After graduating, Dusty began his lending career with a mortgage company in Springfield with the intent of eventually joining a banking family. Dusty soon switched to Regions Bank where he was employed for two years. He is excited to join Legacy Bank and Trust as an Assistant Vice President in Mountain Grove where he plans to get back to family roots on his farm.  Dusty enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, team roping, and playing golf.
