Legacy Bank offers a wide choice of Investment maturities, making it possible for you to make the best use of your savings.

Choose a 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 18-month, 24-month, 30-month, 36-month, 48-month or 60-month.

Interest rates at the time of purchase are based on current market conditions and are fixed to maturity. Interest may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You have the option of receiving your interest by check, as a deposit to your Checking or Savings Account or as an addition to your certificate.

All certificates require a minimum deposit of $1,000.00 and are subject to a penalty if withdrawn prior to maturity.

Each depositor is insured up to at least $250,000 through FDIC.

Notice of Changes in Temporary FDIC Insurance Coverage for Transaction Accounts

All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market deposit accounts.
