Ashley Watson Ashley started her banking career in 2000 working at Century Bank of the Ozarks in Ava while still attending high school. She continued working there as she pursued her degree at OTC and Missouri State in Springfield. She graduated from Missouri State with a BS in Accounting in 2005. Ashley then started working for Legacy Bank and Trust as the Internal Auditor. In February of 2006, she was also named Compliance Officer.
